Desmond Martin

Desmond Martin is a commercial real estate advisor with a strong foundation in investment sales and leasing. He takes a thoughtful, client-centered approach to each deal, combining financial insight with a deep commitment to helping clients build long-term value through real estate.

Desmond earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and holds an MBA from Sullivan University, along with a PMP Certification from the University of Chicago. Before entering commercial real estate full time, he spent six years in Wealth and Asset Management at Fifth Third Bank and four years as a consultant at Humana, supporting Provider Network Operations. These roles sharpened his ability to analyze deals, solve problems, and build trusted relationships.

Throughout his real estate career, Desmond has worked across a range of property types—including mixed-use, retail, office, multifamily, and small industrial—representing both investors and tenants. He’s passionate about uncovering strong investment opportunities and playing a role in the revitalization of underserved communities.

Outside of work, Desmond enjoys spending time with family, exploring new places, and constantly learning—whether through books, conversations, or new experiences. He brings that same curiosity and energy into his work, always striving to serve clients with integrity and purpose.
