Breana Harris

Breana Harris is an associate with PRG Commercial Property Advisors, and brings a deep understanding of the local market and commercial real estate industry to her work with investors, business owners, and property owners.

Breana graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a degree in Information Systems. She began her career in Retail Strategy Consulting advising Fortune 500 companies in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, supporting complex retail and organizational transformations. This experience sharpened her ability to think strategically, communicate clearly, and remain adaptable to the needs of different organizations.

Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Breana spent over two years in residential brokerage, representing buyers and sellers across Louisville. That foundation strengthened her negotiation skills, market awareness, and client-first approach—skills she now applies through a more strategic, commercial lens.

Breana eagerly works across multiple asset classes and is motivated by helping clients make confident, informed real estate decisions aligned with their broader investment and business goals.

A proud member of the Louisville community, Breana serves as an Associate Board Member at Park Community Credit Union and has previously been involved with the Fund for the Arts Next-Gen program, Junior League of Louisville, and initiatives supporting The Speed Art Museum. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Louisville neighborhoods, staying active, and spending time around the city with her husband & dog, Swag.
